Frequently asked questions
Are the pattern tools really free?
Yes. All pattern makers are free to use, with PNG and printable PDF downloads. A paid “Pattern Pack” with extras is planned, but the core tools will stay free.
Do you upload or keep my pet photos?
No. Every pattern tool runs entirely in your web browser. Your photo is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to our servers.
Which crafts can I make patterns for?
Pixel art, fuse beads (iron-on beads), cross-stitch, crochet graphs (C2C and tapestry), knitting colorwork charts, diamond painting and paint by numbers. There is also a printable blank grid maker.
Are the thread and bead colors exact?
No color list on a screen is exact. We match to community-measured color tables for common floss numbers and popular bead color lists and label them approximate. Always compare with your real supplies.
Can I sell things I make from these patterns?
You can use patterns made from your own photos however you like. Only use photos you took or have permission to use, and avoid copyrighted characters.
When will AI pet portraits be available?
They are in development and not available yet. A waitlist signup will open on this page before launch.
