Our pattern tools process your photos entirely in your browser. Photos are not uploaded to, stored on or seen by PatternPaws servers.

Data we process

Photos you use in the pattern tools: processed locally on your device only. We do not receive them.
Hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. [TODO: describe retention and Cloudflare's role as processor.]
Waitlist email (not active yet): when switched on, we will collect your email only with your consent, to tell you about the AI portrait launch. [TODO: lawful basis (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), retention period, unsubscribe.]
Future AI portraits and payments (not active yet): portrait photos would be uploaded for generation by an AI provider [TODO: name provider, location, retention, deletion]; payments would be handled by PayPal, which acts as an independent controller for payment data.
Advertising and analytics (not active yet): no ad or analytics scripts run today. If added, we will ask for consent where required (e.g. a GDPR/ePrivacy-compliant consent banner in the EU/UK) and update this policy.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
